Kunst & Innovasjon provides services for selling and purchasing Annette Martens art works, paintings and photographs. Read carefully these Terms and conditions. By buying Annette Martens art works or any other product from this web site, you accept and agree in the terms below.
The art works for sale on this website are all located in Norway and can be sent worldwide. For purchasers living outside Norway, paintings will be delivered as a package by normal mail . Photographs can be delivered through a local studio near you ( after agreement with Kunst & Innovasjon ) through Kunst & Innovasjon , Annette Martens; contact info@annettemartens.com and we will then organize the delivery by the particular studio.
Kunst & Innovasjon, Annette Martens organizes international deliveries.
Countries of delivery are: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Dubai, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Moscow, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Saint Petersburg, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States.
For countries outside the delivery-zones, please contact info@ANNETTEMARTENS.com. Deliveries outside Europe are subject to duties and we are unable to calculate them in advance. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and are due once the artwork arrives at the purchaser’s address.
Once your payment has been accepted, Kunst & Innovasjon starts the delivery process of your order.
The artworks are packed carefully with all the standards for international shipping. Kunst & Innovasjon is very attentive to packaging in order to deliver them in perfect state.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The Terms and conditions agreement sets forth the standards of use of the website www.annettemartens.com owned and operated by Kunst & Innovasjon, Annette Martens, Underhaugsveien 9C, 0354 Oslo. At the Norwegian Register of Commerce under number : 992 666 552
PURCHASING:
In order to purchase an artwork on the website, you will need to sign up an account and to follow the instructions given on the SHOP while making an order. You agree to provide personal, current and accurate information about your self. Once your payment is received you will receive a confirmation mail including all the details about your order.
PRICE:
All the prices, commissions, fees or other amounts on the website are stated in Dollars ($) and 5% fee to BKH ( Norwegian association for visual Artists ) will be added to the price of the art work. Prices do not include the shipping costs, handling costs or other transportation taxes. You will have to pay the shipping cost while you are receiving the art work on your regristred address.
PAYMENT:
Kunst & Innovasjon accepts Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and PayPal. The purchaser guarantees that he has the legal authorization to use the chosen method of payment. You will be charged directly at the checkout of your order. All payments are made online through a secured system and ensure you the complete confidentiality of the information given. In case, your payment has been refused, Kunst & Innovasjon has the right to cancel immediately your order.
DELIVERY:
The deliveries are directly send by Kunst & Innovasjon to the client through our shipping partner (BRING or other shipping partners) and it can be up to 21 workings days, starting the day the payment has been accepted for the delivery of an order. For out of-EU deliveries, Kunst & Innovasjon will previously confirm the estimated delivery time. Kunst & Innovasjon is not responsible for any delays during shipment. The client has the right to cancel without penalty his order at the time the delivery is not provided within 30 days.
The art work for sale on this website are all located in Norway and can be sent worldwide. For purchasers living outside Norway, photographs can be printed, framed and delivered by a local studio ( after agreement with Kunst & Innovasjon. Please contact info@annettemartens.com and we will then organize the delivery by the respective studio.
Please note that wrong addresses are the responsibility of the purchaser and can result in extra costs. Orders purchased on the website are processed once the payment is accepted and the order confirmation send to the purchaser.
Please note that all the shipping costs and eventual additional shipping taxes are due by the purchaser and will have to be paid while receiving the artwork. Transportation costs will depend on the destination of delivery chosen, the weight and the dimensions. Example : A painting with the dimention 130x100cm sent in Europe / US, can have a shipping fee from aproximatly 160- 339 $ depending the weight.
In case of non-delivery, the costs paid by the purchaser are paid back without any interest or other compensation. The company establishes insurance with its shipping partner (BRING or other shipping partner) for the artworks during the shipment. In case, the artwork arrives damaged at the purchaser address, please do not sign the receipt and contact us within the 24 hours by email : info@annettemartens.com) with your order number, order information and a picture of the damaged artwork. Keep all the packaging, box and other material.
Kunst & Innovasjon will send, apart from the work, a Document of Authenticity for each artwork purchased on the website. This paper will contain all the information regarding the artwork (including exact title, date of creation, material used, dimensions, weight and the purchased price). Kunst & Innovasjon will sign this Document.
REFUND :
The purchaser has the right to refund artworks bought on the website within 14 days, from the delivery date. The artworks must be returned in their original conditions and packaging. Contact Kunst & Innovasjon before your eventually return of the artwork. Kunst & Innovasjon will send you a shipping bill by email with the shipping address. If you do not pack properly the artwork in the same conditions as you received it, you are responsible for the damages to the artwork during the delivery and Kunst & Innovasjon will not refund your payment. Other shipping companies or ways to ship are not accepted. Once the artwork has safely been delivered back, Kunst & Innovasjon will refund your payment for the particular art work (exept the total shipping costs) within 30 working days after the work has been delivered back.
